Step 1
- Clean and prepare the loading area
- Lay out the tie downs
- Hook tie downs into the anchor points
Step 2
- Roll bike into position
Step 3
- Install Cycle Cynch loop over each handlebar
- Cross strap facing up, D-Rings facing down
- Loop with label goes on the left
- Loop with buckle goes on the right
- Leave slack in the cross strap
Step 4
- Hook tie down through the D-ring on the left loop
- Pull tie down taut
STEP 5
- Hook tie down through the D-ring on the right loop
- Pull tie down taut until the motorcycle stand upright*
*Due to variances in makes, models, and anchoring systems a secure tie down can only be self-determined
Step 6
- Remove the slack on the cross strap, so that the strap is snug
- No tension is needed on the cross strap
- Loops should lay flat across each handlebar
- Be sure to lift your side stand. DO NOT leave it in the downward position
- Tie off excess slack on tie downs
Tips
- Cycle Cynch is not recommended for long-term storage use, never store your bike with the suspension compressed
- Tie off the rear of the motorcycle using the Cycle Cynch Rear to keep the back side from moving around in your trailer or truck bed
- Cycle Cynch can be used on scooters and bicycles too (basically, anything with handlebars)
